Return & Exchange Policy

Strom Motorsports will accept returns for new/unused products within 30 days of the received date. We will not accept returns for refund after 30 days, only store credit can be issued for products returned after 30 days. Below is our return policy / procedure:

-  All products must be new, unused and must be in the original packaging, including manuals, hardware, labeling, etc.

- A restocking fee may be applied  (see restocking fees below).

- Shipping costs and fees are non-refundable.

- Prior approval is required for all returns or exchanges.

- There are no returns on Electrical, Special Order parts or Motec unlock codes

- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and fees.

How to return an item:

1. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting us with all relevant details of your return.

2. We will email you with an RMA number and return instructions.

3. Package new/unused product in its original product package and attach provided RMA number.

4. Ship product with selected carrier. We recommend that you use UPS and insure your package for the full value of the item(s). You are responsible for Strom Motorsports' receipt of the item in as-new condition.

- Our Shipping & Receiving department will not accept packages without an RMA number. Please also include a copy of your invoice with the returned package.

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable):

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
